Partnership spotlight: Celebrating our new collaborations in 2024.
In 2024, allpay cemented its position as a leader in payment solutions by forming several strategic partnerships aimed at enhancing services, expanding our reach, and making a meaningful impact on communities across the UK.
These collaborations demonstrate an ongoing commitment to innovation, efficiency, and social responsibility whilst also ensuring we continue to deliver the best customer experience possible. Let’s take a closer look at how each partnership is contributing to our vision for the future.
Voicescape
In March 2024, allpay joined forces with Voicescape, a leader in engagement automation within the social housing sector. This partnership is a key step in our strategy to address the growing challenges faced by housing associations, particularly in rent arrears collection. With the social housing sector increasingly strained by economic pressures, this collaboration comes at a critical time.
Together, we are revolutionising arrears management by integrating advanced payment solutions with Voicescape's behavioural insights and automation technologies. The partnership provides housing associations with tools that streamline rent collection, reduce manual interventions, and optimise resource use. Notable features, such as Pay-by-Link (PbL), allow housing officers to send secure payment links to tenants, resulting in significant increases in collections. For instance, Walsall Housing Group (whg) reported over £1.17 million in payments processed through more than 5,400 transactions—demonstrating the tangible impact of this partnership.
More importantly, this collaboration empowers tenants through self-service payment options, improving their financial independence while reducing the operational burden on income teams. By combining our 30 years of expertise in payment solutions with Voicescape’s cutting-edge automation, we are delivering a seamless and efficient payment experience for social landlords and tenants alike.

Enfuce
From June, allpay worked to expand its footprint in the UK public sector by partnering with Enfuce, a leader in cloud-based card payment solutions. This strategic alliance focuses on transforming how public funds are disbursed, with a strong emphasis on security, fraud prevention, and efficiency.
The public sector in the UK faces significant financial challenges, with over £33.2 billion lost annually to fraud and error. Our partnership with Enfuce addresses this issue head-on by incorporating their industry-leading fraud and dispute management systems into allpay’s prepaid card solutions. The integration ensures that public funds are protected through 24/7 monitoring, robust fraud prevention tools, and a platform with 99.999% uptime.
For local authorities in 2025, this means more secure and reliable fund management, faster payment solutions, and better protection against financial crime. Enfuce’s cutting-edge technology allows allpay to offer highly tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of councils, from large-scale disbursements to customised fraud protections. Ultimately, this partnership enhances our ability to support communities across the UK, ensuring that public funds are managed with the utmost efficiency and security.
Turn2us and Workers’ Education Association (WEA)
In August, allpay announced its partnership with two national charities—Turn2us and the Workers’ Education Association (WEA)—marking a major step in our commitment to driving social value and addressing financial inequality.
Turn2us, a charity focused on ensuring financial security for all, will use allpay’s support to help over 300 households access vital services such as welfare benefits and grants via Turn2us Helpline. This collaboration reflects allpay’s dedication to helping individuals overcome financial hardship and improve their quality of life.
Meanwhile, the WEA, the UK’s largest provider of adult education, will use allpay’s donation to fund educational programmes that empower individuals to develop essential skills in employability, financial literacy, and digital literacy. By supporting adult learners, especially in low-income communities, we are contributing to long-term personal and professional growth.
These partnerships go beyond financial donations. allpay is committed to an ongoing relationship with Turn2us and WEA, embedding social responsibility into our business model. We are proud to donate a percentage of our profits from specific contracts to these charities, ensuring sustained support for individuals and communities facing financial and educational challenges.
Through these partnerships, allpay is delivering on its promise to innovate, grow, and give back. Whether through enhancing the efficiency of public sector payments, streamlining social housing rent collections, or contributing to social causes, we are committed to making a lasting positive impact.
2024 marks the beginning of these exciting new ventures, and we look forward to seeing how they continue to evolve and benefit our clients and communities in the years to come.
